1. What MaVitrine Does

MaVitrine is an online platform that allows creators, curators, shop owners, and other users to create curated shops, present products, share product links, provide descriptions, ratings, recommendations, and sustainability-related information, and use AI-powered shopkeeper tools to assist visitors in discovering and understanding products.

MaVitrine may display products, links, ratings, summaries, sustainability claims, AI-generated explanations, user-generated content, and third-party information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MaVitrine is a discovery, curation, and information platform.

MaVitrine does not guarantee that any product is sustainable, ethical, environmentally friendly, safe, legal, available, authentic, suitable for your needs, or compliant with any standard or certification.

By posting content on MaVitrine, you confirm that:

• you have the rights needed to publish that content;
• the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• the content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, consumer protection laws, advertising rules, or other laws;
• the content is not misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, harmful, illegal, or deceptive;
• any sustainability, ethical, environmental, certification, or product-performance claim is supported by reasonable evidence.

You grant MaVitrine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, translate, summarize, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the platform.

5. MaVitrine Is Not Responsible for User Content

MaVitrine may allow third parties to create shops, publish product links, add descriptions, make recommendations, provide ratings, and share claims.

We do not control all user content and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or usefulness.

You understand and agree that MaVitrine is not responsible for content posted by users, creators, curators, shop owners, brands, merchants, or other third parties.

We may review, remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor all content before it appears on the platform.

6. Ratings, Scores, Rankings, and Recommendations Are Not Contractual

MaVitrine may display ratings, scores, rankings, badges, recommendations, labels, shopkeeper opinions, AI-generated summaries, or other evaluative information.

These are provided for general informational and discovery purposes only.

Ratings, scores, rankings, badges, recommendations, and AI explanations are not contractual commitments, not guarantees, and not promises about any product, seller, shop, certification, quality, origin, environmental impact, ethical standard, or suitability.

A rating or recommendation does not mean that:

• a product is objectively better than another product;
• a product meets any specific sustainability or ethical standard;
• a product is legally compliant in your country;
• a product is safe, available, authentic, or suitable for you;
• MaVitrine endorses or guarantees the product or seller.

You are responsible for making your own purchasing decisions.

7. AI Features and AI Shopkeepers

MaVitrine may include AI-powered features, including AI shopkeepers, product explanations, claim summaries, recommendations, comparison tools, conversational assistants, or automated content generation.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, misleading, or inappropriate. AI may misunderstand product information, exaggerate claims, omit important details, or generate incorrect explanations.

You agree that AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a purchase, legal decision, environmental claim, health decision, financial decision, or any other important decision.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.

MaVitrine does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, safety, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

8. Sustainability and Ethical Claims

You should verify claims directly with the seller, manufacturer, certifying body, or official source before relying on them.

Words such as "sustainable," "ethical," "eco-friendly," "green," "responsible," "low impact," "plastic-free," "natural," "organic," or similar terms may be subjective, incomplete, or used differently by different sellers or users.

MaVitrine does not guarantee that any product or shop satisfies your personal, ethical, environmental, religious, legal, or sustainability standards.

9. Third-Party Products, Sellers, and Links

MaVitrine may contain links to third-party websites, stores, marketplaces, brands, sellers, or products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MaVitrine is not the seller of those products and is not a party to transactions between you and third-party sellers.

Third-party sellers are responsible for their own products, prices, availability, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, safety, legal compliance, product descriptions, and customer service.

We may remove or restrict shops, products, claims, or accounts that we believe violate these Terms or create risk for users or MaVitrine.

11. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

Some links on MaVitrine may be affiliate links, sponsored links, or commercial links. This means MaVitrine, creators, or curators may receive compensation if you click a link or make a purchase.

Where required, users and creators must disclose affiliate or sponsored relationships clearly.
